February 27-March 2: Plan for 3 color Lino Reduction Print

• Monday: Discuss your print idea based on your journal planning. Begin transferring design to tracing paper. 
• Tuesday: Complete color planning. Begin carving for first color.
• Wednesday: Print first color. 
• Thursday: Begin second color.
• Friday: Continue working on print. 

February 20-24: Research for REductive Linoleum

• Monday: Mid-Winter Break! 
• Tuesday: Critique Monotype/Monoprint books. Work on research for next project.  
• Wednesday: Introduce Unit 2 - Reductive Linoleum. Work on research. 
• Thursday: Begin planning for the color reduction print - take favorite thumbnail and make a color coded working maquette of the print on tracing paper.  
• Friday: Begin transferring the color coded maquette and begin carving for the whites. Research assignment is due!

February 12-16: Finish book and begin planning for Unit 2

• Monday: Introduce Pre-Planning for Unit 2, reductive linoleum.Work on completing book.
• Tuesday: Work on remaining pages. Work on cover design.  
• Wednesday: Begin designing the book. Post-Planning for this project will be introduced. Pre-planning for the next project will be introduced. Book is due!
• Thursday: Work on completing book and post-planning. Post-Planning for Book is due!
• Friday: Mid-Winter Break!

February 6-10: Complete Book and begin planning High-Inspired Print

• Monday: Work on pages 8-10.
• Tuesday: Work on remaining pages. Work on cover design.  Pages 7-9 for the book project are due.
• Wednesday: Begin designing the book. Post-Planning for this project will be introduced. Pre-planning for the next project will be introduced. 
• Thursday: Work on completing book and post-planning. 
• Friday: Work on completing book and post-planning.
